Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Drug and Alcohol Collections Specialist to join our team at Medical Profiles, Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and process urine, hair, and oral fluid specimens from donors in accordance with DOT and non-DOT guidelines and protocols.
  • Verify donor identity and ensure the chain of custody form is completed correctly.
  • Provide detailed instructions to donors during the collection process.
  • Ensure all specimens are properly labeled and packaged for transportation to the laboratory.
  • Respond to donors in a timely and professional manner, exercising professionalism and upholding our company values.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Certification in drug and alcohol testing is a plus.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
