Pape' Material Handling, Inc. is a leading provider of material handling solutions in the West. As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of material handling equipment at customer locations.

Job Description

As a Field Technician, you will:

  • Travel to customer locations to diagnose and repair material handling equipment;
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment downtime;
  • Interact with customers to understand their needs and provide excellent service;
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, using your problem-solving skills to resolve technical issues.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in diagnosing and repairing equipment, preferably in the material handling industry;
  • Basic computer knowledge;
  • Self-motivation and ability to work with minimal supervision;
  • Excellent communication and customer relations skills;
  • Driver's license with a good driving record; CDL preferred;
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods;
  • Must provide own tools.
