Industrial Equipment Manager

Himalayan Dog Chew, LLC seeks an experienced Industrial Equipment Manager to lead our production team. This role involves managing machinery, supervising staff, and maintaining efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Set up and operate machine according to instructions and specifications.
- Supervise and train extruder technicians.
- Maintain and repair equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform preventative maintenance and adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Proven experience as a machine operator (5 years).
- Working knowledge of high-speed machinery and measurement tools.
- Able to lift 75 lbs.
- Able to speak/read English.
- Able to stand, walk, and bend for 5-7 hours at least each day.
- Able to work weekends (Saturday) to perform preventative maintenance.
- Understanding of production procedures.
- Adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Ability to work with other departments and follow guidelines.
- $26-$27 per hour.
