Job Summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a skilled Collision Damage Estimator to perform a variety of duties, including:

  • Writing detailed estimates for vehicle repairs
  • Conducting process reviews to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Checking in customer vehicles and completing final paperwork
  • Finalizing total loss administration and providing post-repair plan communication

Requirements

  • 2+ years of collision estimating experience, sales experience preferred
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for company insurance coverage
  • Must pass pre-employment screenings, including background and MVR checks
  • Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License

Key Skills and Abilities

  • Ability to perform consistent physical activity, including lifting objects over 50 lbs
  • Prior experience with CCC1 or similar estimating software
  • Advanced understanding of the repair process and procedures
  • Strong sales orientation and ability to understand instructions
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment
