Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team as a Travel Healthcare Professional. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in Long Term Care and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Provide high-quality patient care and support to residents in a Long Term Care setting
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare staff

Requirements:

- At least 1 year of experience in Long Term Care
- Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
