Job Title: Product Training Specialist - Lighting

At Hunter Industries, we are seeking a highly skilled Product Training Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in supporting the planning, designing, developing, and delivery of comprehensive educational materials and workshops on landscape lighting products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver training programs for landscape lighting products, including classroom facilitation, video-based instruction, and video conferencing.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to identify training needs and develop effective training solutions.
  • Design and develop training aids, including training handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials, and reference materials.
  • Translate new and existing Hunter training materials, videos, and online training modules into relevant languages to ensure consistent messaging across Hunter Training.
  • Coordinate and perform administrative functions necessary to deliver and document training programs.
  • Review and recommend changes to instructional objectives and methods to ensure training programs meet the needs of our customers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in landscape lighting installation and/or design.
  • Minimum five years of experience in a training or technical service position within the lighting industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with proficiency in MS Office 365 Suite.
  • Ability to work with a high degree of independence to plan, organize, and implement multiple projects within time constraints to meet deadlines.
