Production Sanitation Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Sanitation Worker to join our team at Hollandia Dairy. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment, ensuring the quality of our products, and adhering to company safety and sanitation procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas, including cleaning floors and exterior surfaces of equipment, restocking employee sanitation areas, and cleaning plant drains in accordance with SSOP's.
- Follow quality inspection standards and remove food products not meeting quality standards.
- Prepare and utilize sanitation cart for cleaning and sanitation equipment, and perform basic housekeeping duties.
- Ensure all paperwork is filled out in a clear, legible, accurate format and ensure all required information is documented in accordance with SOP's.
- Follow SOP's to store products, to replenish product pick locations, to pick full pallet and case picked product for orders, for proper rotation of products, for loading, unloading and operating Pallet jack.
- Responsible for pre-requisite programs and food quality related to designated area, and report any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediately.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds regularly.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
