Job Title:

Product Control Worker

Job Summary:

Hollandia Dairy is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Control Worker to join our team. As a Product Control Worker, you will be responsible for receiving and organizing palletized or crated product, loading trucks based on loadsheets, and conducting inventory checks and bin audits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and organize palletized or crated product using a pallet jack
  • Load trucks based on loadsheets and scan products
  • Conduct inventory checks and bin audits
  • May move or stack product by hand to boxes or crates
  • May stretch-wrap stacks or pallets by hand or machine as needed
  • May require using hands to grip a metal case hook to occasionally pull or push heavy stacks of milk weighing up to 330lbs across diamond plate platform
  • Must be physically able to lift up to 75lbs on occasion
Work Environment:

The work environment is cold, with temperatures averaging 35° degrees Fahrenheit. You will be required to check temperatures and complete paperwork. Heavy labor experience in a similar environment is preferred.

Requirements:
  • Ability to speak, read and understand English
  • Physical ability to lift up to 75lbs and push/pull heavy stacks of milk
  • Ability to work in a cold environment
