Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Control Worker to join our team at Hollandia Dairy. As a Product Control Worker, you will be responsible for receiving and organizing product, loading trucks, and performing inventory checks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and organize product in a cold environment
  • Load trucks based on loadsheets and scan products
  • Perform inventory checks and bin audits
  • Move or stack product by hand to boxes or crates
  • Stretch-wrap stacks or pallets by hand or machine as needed
Requirements
  • Ability to speak, read, and understand English
  • Heavy labor experience in a similar environment is preferred
  • Physical ability to lift up to 75lbs and push/pull heavy stacks of milk
Work Environment

Work is conducted in a cold environment with temperatures averaging 35°F. You will be exposed to cold, wet, and/or humid conditions and moving mechanical parts.
