The Operations Manager will be responsible for all aspects of restaurant management within their designated area, ensuring operational excellence from front-of-house to back-of-house. This role requires balancing employee advocacy with the implementation of operational standards and company values.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in the food and beverage sector, with at least 2 years in multi-unit management.
