Competitive base salary starting at $51,000/year and above, with annual performance-based merit increases. Please note that the salary range for this position starts as listed, but actual compensation may be higher based on experience.

Key Responsibilities
Our Assistant Store Management team is accountable for:
- Cultivating a successful, multi-million-dollar operation: driving sales by utilizing your business acumen, efficiency, and problem-solving abilities; ensuring an attractive store environment; maintaining cleanliness, quality, and accurate merchandising and signage
- Developing talent and leading a team: engaging the hearts and minds of your team and enhancing their skills to achieve success, both individually and as part of the Blain's family
Inspiring Others:
Acting as a dynamic brand ambassador dedicated to driving and achieving results through collaboration; promoting the company strategy through effective communication and embodying the core values of the organization; keeping associates informed of company updates, celebrations, changes, etc.
- Ensuring community engagement and brand visibility: collaborating with local organizations to strengthen awareness of our brand and values.Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience leading a team in a fast-paced retail environment
- Valid driver’s license required
- Proven history of training, delegating, and inspiring top talent to excel
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends based on business needs.
