Key Responsibilities:
  • Contract Management: Provide contract management on a portfolio of highly complex contracts and proposals, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Negotiation and Administration: Negotiate commercial terms and conditions, and administer contracts to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products and services.
  • Business Development: Support contract growth and new business captures, developing and maintaining relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Proposal Preparation: Prepare compliant proposals, including pricing and contract terms, to support business development efforts.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain trusted partnerships with internal and external customers, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Contract Compliance: Ensure contract compliance, identifying and mitigating execution risks, and exercising initiative to support corporate goals.
  • Subcontracts Management: Manage and negotiate subcontracts, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

  • 10 years of relevant experience in contract management, procurement, or a related field.
  • Working knowledge of FAR, DFAR, or other agency regulations.
  • Proven track record of managing and negotiating contracts, with a focus on compliance and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word, with experience working with contract management software.
