About the Role:

The SAP S4 Finance Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing SAP S4 Finance projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.

This role requires a deep understanding of SAP S4 Finance modules, strong project management skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
  • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.
  • Lead the implementation of SAP S4 Finance projects, including configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans.
  • Manage project budget, track project costs, and ensure projects are delivered within budget.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet the required quality standards and business requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and progress.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend enhancements to SAP S4 Finance systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of recent SAP Project Management experience with demonstrated logical and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in SAP S4 Finance modules, SAP configuration, and integration with other SAP modules.
  • 5+ years of data gathering/analysis and writing system requirements.
  • Experience working with test plans and test cases.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access).
  • Proficiency with MS Project.
  • Proficiency with MS Visio.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills.
  • Must demonstrate effective leadership, problem solving, presentation, and employee motivational skills.
