Quality Assurance Inspector

OptiMIM is seeking a Quality Lab Inspector I to conduct dimensional and visual inspections on Metal Injection Molded parts. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and a high attention to detail, with the ability to work both in a team environment and independently with a high level of integrity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct dimensional and visual inspections on Metal Injection Molded parts.
  • Use networked computer system and various gauges to collect and store quality data.
  • Complete quality documents to support product certifications.
  • Use networked database system to create quality records and corrective action notices.
Requirements:
  • Ability to read and follow technical instructions.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a high attention to detail.
  • Adaptable to various responsibilities and ability to multi-task.
  • Strong basic math skills.
  • Basic computer skills: Windows, Excel, Word, Email.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and file quality documents.
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred.
  • Candidates must be a US Person as defined by ITAR.
