We are looking for a meticulous Accounts Receivable Associate to become a vital member of our organization at The Conference Board.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee invoicing and collection processes for U.S. Membership business revenue.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to members concerning collection inquiries.
  • Prepare renewal and new sale invoices, ensuring accuracy, and distribute them regularly.
  • Manage collections and promptly track responses.
  • Collaborate with member engagement teams and senior leadership to facilitate timely payments.
  • Foster effective working relationships with teams and clients.
  • Administer vendor platforms and assist clients with payment procedures.
  • Keep accurate records of charitable contributions and membership agreements.
  • Support the monthly closing process and assist the Accounts Receivable department.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in accounts receivable is required.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient computer skills, particularly in Excel and Outlook.
  • Self-driven and detail-oriented.
