Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure a Safe and Healthy Work Environment
    • Develop and implement safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries
    • Conduct regular equipment inspections to identify potential hazards
    • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Perform Maintenance and Repair Tasks
    • Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions using mechanical and electrical skills
    • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as lubrication and cleaning
    • Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize production
  • Communicate Effectively
    • Document work activities, equipment problems, and solutions in our maintenance management system
    • Communicate with colleagues and management to ensure seamless operations
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Minimum of 2 years' experience in industrial maintenance
    • Associates degree or certification in Industrial Maintenance or related field
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Strong mechanical and electrical skills, including pneumatic, hydraulic, and motor/drive train
    • Experience with safety systems, such as gate lock, relay, or guarding
    • Ability to read blueprints and schematics
    • Proficient with electrical troubleshooting meters
