Position Title: Automotive Service Advisor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist customers with a friendly and professional approach, building a positive relationship.
  • Engage with customers to accurately identify their automotive needs and concerns.
  • Document customer vehicle details, service requests, and issues comprehensively.
  • Collaborate with technicians to recommend appropriate maintenance and repair services.
  • Explain recommended services and associated costs to customers clearly and thoroughly.
  • Schedule service appointments efficiently to maintain workflow.
  • Prioritize and manage work orders to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction.
  • Track repair progress, providing updates to customers and addressing any inquiries.
  • Ensure accurate billing and collection of payments for services performed.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized service area.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role within the automotive sector is preferred.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a courteous and professional demeanor.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair processes.
