Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist customers with a professional and friendly approach, building a strong rapport.
  • Engage with customers to accurately assess their automotive issues and service requirements.
  • Document customer vehicle details, service requests, and concerns meticulously.
  • Collaborate with technicians to identify necessary maintenance and repair services.
  • Provide customers with clear explanations of recommended services and their associated costs.
  • Schedule and coordinate service appointments to optimize workflow efficiency.
  • Prioritize and manage work orders to ensure timely service completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor repair progress, keeping customers informed and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  • Ensure accurate billing and collection of payments for services performed.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized service department environment.

Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role within the automotive sector is preferred.
  • Strong customer service abilities with a professional and approachable demeanor.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.
