Overview:

Position:
Parking Services Associate


Welcome and assist guests utilizing the parking facilities while ensuring the collection of parking fees in line with established service and cash handling protocols.

Career Advancement Opportunities:

Porter – Valet or Bell attendant – Bell Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise the parking area and aid in guiding guests to available parking spaces.


Ensure the safety and security of the parking area, reporting any issues or concerns to management, security personnel, or law enforcement as required.

Collect payments for parking services adhering to established cash handling and accounting standards.

Maintain the cleanliness of the parking area by collecting and disposing of litter and ensuring surfaces are clean.


Perform cash counts at the end of shifts, complete necessary documentation, resolve discrepancies, and secure cash in accordance with company policies.

Assist guests or direct them to appropriate staff for any inquiries or requests.

Adhere to sustainability practices in line with the company's environmental initiatives.

Follow safe work practices, utilize protective equipment, and comply with safety standards.

Carry out additional tasks as assigned by management.

Position Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Prior relevant experience is advantageous.

Work Environment:

Work hours may vary and could include weekends and holidays.

Requires prolonged standing, walking, pushing, lifting up to 25 pounds, bending, reaching, stooping, kneeling, or crouching.

This position involves outdoor work.
