Key Responsibilities- Oversee the performance of location staff by delegating tasks, providing coaching and development, and ensuring adherence to company standards.
- Assist the Operations Manager with the recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and training of new team members.
- Serve as a liaison to clients or Property Managers; participate in location meetings as necessary, and address client inquiries to foster positive relationships.
- Ensure the upkeep of the facility and surrounding areas, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards; supervise ongoing maintenance projects for quality and timely execution.
- Help manage ticket inventory, cash flow, reporting, and audits to mitigate losses due to theft, errors, or negligence.
- Support the Operations Manager in generating daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports as needed.
- Provide coverage for frontline roles when required.
- Utilize respectful communication to assist guests with inquiries, issues, and concerns; handle escalated guest complaints professionally.
- Respond promptly to incidents, accidents, or safety issues.
- Maintain professional communication at all times with guests, clients, and team members.

Qualifications- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
