Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Parking Attendant to join our team at Reimagined Parking. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our parking facilities, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and Assist Guests: Welcome arriving and departing guests in a friendly and courteous manner, providing assistance with parking and answering questions.
  • Traffic Control: Act as a traffic controller to direct incoming guests to available parking spaces, ensuring a smooth flow of traffic.
  • Vehicle Counts and Monitoring: Perform regular vehicle counts to ensure the parking facility does not exceed capacity, and monitor the facility to prevent overfilling.
  • Enforcement and Compliance: Issue violation warnings to tenants and visitors who violate parking policies, and report any incidents or safety concerns to management.
  • Facility Maintenance: Assist with the maintenance and repair of parking equipment, and perform general maintenance tasks as directed by management.
  • Customer Service: Provide respectful and professional communication to guests, tenants, and colleagues, and relay information to management as necessary.
Requirements
  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent customer service and communication skills are required.
