Position Overview:

This role is designed for a PRN schedule, primarily during daytime hours. The primary responsibility is to ensure that patients are accurately registered across all service lines. This includes verifying eligibility, obtaining necessary pre-certifications and authorizations, arranging financial agreements, processing payments, and addressing registration discrepancies. A collaborative relationship with clinical teams is essential to maintain effective communication across departments, ensuring a seamless patient experience. Additionally, the role includes providing switchboard support as needed.

Qualifications:
