Customer Service Representative

Orkin is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilize a Windows-based system to track routes and optimize schedules for our technicians.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, resolving issues and escalating concerns as needed.
- Monitor and update customer databases with accurate information, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
- Participate in quality assurance processes, programs, and initiatives to drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or sales experience preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.

Qualifications and Requirements
