Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer

At R B Machine, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing manufacturing processes and systems to meet our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop tooling and fixtures to improve manufacturing efficiency and quality
  • Develop and implement manufacturing processes and systems to meet customer requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production operations
  • Analyze and resolve production problems to minimize downtime and improve efficiency
  • Develop and maintain engineering records and documentation
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • Experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Conditions:

The Manufacturing Engineer will work in a fast-paced production environment with exposure to various manufacturing processes and equipment. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
