  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business principles, including financial management, marketing, and sales.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence, present, and listen effectively.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Suite, with experience in food service operations and knowledge of NSLP regulations.
