New Home Sales Representative

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Associate to join our team at True Homes, a National Housing Quality GOLD Builder and a #1 Best Workplace. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for selling new, high-quality homes in beautiful communities throughout your territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell new homes to customers in a fast-paced environment
- Work with and learn from an industry-leading sales team
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas
Requirements:
- Active state Real Estate License or enrolled in state Real Estate licensing course
- 1 or more years of quota-bearing commission-based sales experience
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work weekends on a regular basis
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment within a team-centered environment
