Job Summary

As a Dispensing Pharmacy Technician at Benecard Services, Inc., you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient dispensing of pharmaceutical medications to our customers. Under the direction of the Fulfillment Manager, you will be responsible for pulling and dispensing medications using automated dispensing machines, counting machines, and manual counts. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential in meeting our performance guarantees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pulling and dispensing pharmaceutical medications
  • Dispensing medications utilizing automated dispensing machines, counting machines, and manual counts
  • Restocking and cleaning your work area on a daily and weekly basis
  • Assisting the inventory department with biannual inventory
  • Communicating daily with Fulfillment Team Leadership to set short and long-term goals
  • Supporting the Fulfillment Team in meeting daily quotas
  • Maintaining a positive work environment
  • Assisting in the Shipping Department
Requirements
  • High school diploma required
  • Previous pharmacy experience is a plus
  • Possess an acute attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills required
