Job Overview

  • Process prescription requests while building strong relationships with customers and demonstrating empathy and compassion
  • Troubleshoot rejected insurance claims and resolve issues to achieve the best outcome for patients
  • Follow established procedures to input information, dispense medication, and verify details
  • Contribute to a smooth department operation by assisting with tasks, maintaining inventory levels, and ordering supplies
  • Properly handle products, use equipment, keep accurate logs, and follow sanitation practices
Requirements
  • Computer skills and ability to perform basic mathematical computations
  • State-specific certification may be required; New Jersey applicants must be at least 18 years old and have a High School diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience ordering products and controlling inventory
  • Pharmacy Technician experience and certification
