We are seeking a dedicated Patient Advocate RN to join our team at Protouch Staffing. As a Patient Advocate RN, you will be responsible for advocating for patients' needs and providing high-quality patient care in home health settings.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients in their homes, ensuring individualized care plans are developed and implemented.
  • Administer skilled nursing care to patients requiring various medical treatments and interventions.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate and manage patient care effectively.
Qualifications
  • RN license and CPR certification
  • 1-2 years of Home Health and Hospice experience
  • Proficiency in Kinsser/WellSky preferred
