Job Overview

This position involves working as a Medical Management Specialist to support Medicaid and Medicare patients. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of recent RN experience in a clinical setting or one of the following: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with 2 years of clinical practice.

Requirements
  • Current NM RN License
  • 3+ years wellness or managed care experience
  • Analytical experience including medical data analysis
  • Proficiency in PC applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, databases, and web-based applications

PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• 3+ years clinical practice
• Patient education experience
• Condition Management experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Transition of Care experience
• Experience in managing complex or catastrophic cases
• Certification in Case Management, Training, Project Management or nationally recognized health care certification
