We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with experience in peritoneal dialysis care to join our team at CoreMedical Group. As a key member of our medical recruitment and employment industry, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring the highest standards of service.
Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care in a peritoneal dialysis setting, working closely with patients and healthcare teams to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient transitions and provide comprehensive support throughout the dialysis process.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to promote open dialogue and optimal outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A minimum of one year of experience in peritoneal dialysis care, with minimal hemodialysis care experience.
- An RN license and relevant certifications (e.g., Nephrology Nursing Certification Commission).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
We offer a competitive salary package, including a guaranteed annual salary of $83,000. In addition to your base salary, you may also be eligible for a relocation bonus, dependent on your circumstances.
