As a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth distribution of finished goods from dispatch. Your strong organizational skills and effective communication will enable you to work closely with colleagues across the organization to achieve our goals.

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for growth and development in a dynamic company.

**About the Job:**

This role will involve:

  • Planning and coordinating the distribution of finished goods from dispatch
  • Identifying on-time delivery requirements and customer delivery requirements
  • Reporting on-time delivery outcomes
  • Pulling part requests from service and production technicians
  • Collecting and closing completed orders from production
  • Generating packing lists and certification
  • Supporting distribution activities such as packing and forklift requirements

**Requirements:**

  • A minimum of three plus years of experience in a logistics or supply chain role
  • Limited supervisory experience preferred
  • Experience with a computerized dispatch records system preferred
  • Experience with UPS and FedEx shipping terminals required
  • Qualified forklift driver advantageous
  • PC computer familiarity
  • Demonstrated effective communication skills: written oral and inter-personal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, handling frequent interruptions, and shifting priorities
  • Ability to rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs
  • Be organized and efficient
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English
  • Demonstrated self-motivation and self-discipline traits
