Irrigation System Specialist

Year-Round Employment. Immediate openings available. The Irrigation System Specialist plays a crucial role in the installation and maintenance of commercial irrigation systems. During the off-season, you will have the opportunity to train and assist with plumbing tasks through our apprenticeship program. Key Responsibilities of the Irrigation System Specialist include:

Spring - Summer - Early Fall

  • Repair and replace sprinkler heads, water lines, pumps, and valves
  • Install commercial irrigation systems
  • Oversee preventive maintenance of sprinkler systems
  • Diagnose and resolve system issues: leaks, broken heads, and other concerns

Late Fall - Winter - Early Spring

  • Warehouse duties: order picking, sorting parts, and loading vehicles
  • Assist plumbing tasks; apprenticeship opportunities available: help with the installation of water heaters, toilets, and faucets.
  • Access to a company vehicle

Qualifications:

  • Preferred: 1 year of experience in commercial irrigation
  • Bi-lingual candidates are preferred but not mandatory
  • Motivated individuals will receive training
  • Must possess a valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs., and perform physical tasks such as standing, crouching, and bending for extended periods
  • Must pass a drug screening
