Position Overview:
As a Clinical Nurse Transition Specialist at Providence, you will embark on a structured journey into your new specialty, supported by a comprehensive curriculum, seasoned mentors, and practical experience.
Who We Are Looking For:
If you are a registered nurse with over a year of continuous experience and are eager to explore a new specialty, the Providence Clinical Academy is tailored for you.
Work Schedule:
This is a Full-Time position with Night Shift availability.
Incentives:
Eligible external candidates may receive a sign-on bonus, contingent upon meeting specific criteria.
Financial Support:
Med Surg candidates may qualify for a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
Relocation assistance is also available for qualified applicants.

Required Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire.
- NIH Stroke Scale Training Course completion within 6 months of hire.
- A minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a new specialty.
Preferred Qualifications:
- National Certification in the specialty area upon hire, unless otherwise specified.
