Nurse - Oncology Clinic

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in an oncology clinic or infusion center environment. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide professional, comprehensive nursing care to patients, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, safe, and compassionate care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, assessing patients' physical, emotional, and spiritual needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, incorporating evidence-based practices and patient preferences
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless transitions of care and optimal patient outcomes
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure informed decision-making and shared understanding
Requirements
- Nursing degree/diploma upon hire
- Oregon Registered Nurse License or National Registered Nurse Compact License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- Licensed in states wherever care is delivered
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Nursing, encouraged to obtain within 3 years of hire
