We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Oncology Clinic. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care to patients with cancer and blood disorders.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, administering medications, performing treatments, and educating patients and families on disease management and treatment options.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring seamless transitions and continuity of care.
- Conduct thorough assessments, identifying patient needs and developing strategies to address them, promoting optimal patient outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members, ensuring clear and timely exchange of information.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices that enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Nursing degree/diploma upon hire.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License or National Registered Nurse Compact License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- Unencumbered Registered Nurse License in state(s) of hire, and wherever care is delivered.
- Bachelor's Degree Nursing; encouraged to obtain within 3 years of hire.
