Practice Manager of Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Practice Manager of Operations to join our team at Hillsboro Dental Center.
This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where you will have the chance to develop your skills and expertise in business operations management.
Key Responsibilities- Strive towards mastery of the role by prioritizing and completing all necessary training and development programs.
- Develop and pursue annual business goals and personal development objectives, focusing on technical, commitment, and leadership skills.
- Ensure the goals and priorities of the dental team are achieved through effective leadership and collaboration.
- Support the implementation of the Doctor Led, Hygiene Driven, Operations focus philosophy through regular meetings and communication.
- Focus on prioritizing and planning efforts to support the dental team in achieving their professional goals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with the dental team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Partner with the dental team to identify and develop skills needed for open positions and select candidates that meet the requirements.
- Successfully onboard new team members and provide ongoing support and training.

Minimum Qualifications- An Associate's or Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of leadership experience in a professional office, hospitality, retail, banking, medical, or other relevant field.
- Experience working in a fast-paced and customer-centric environment.
- Ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
- Trustworthiness and ability to maintain patient confidentiality and team ethics.
- 1+ years of experience in a dental or medical setting.
- 1+ years of experience with insurance billing and accounts receivable.
- Dentrix or other dental software experience.
- Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- Availability to attend virtual training sessions periodically throughout the year.
