  • As a Practice Manager of Operations, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting our team in providing exceptional patient care.
  • You will work closely with the Doctor to develop and implement business strategies that drive growth and success.
  • Key responsibilities include prioritizing and completing all necessary training, developing and pursuing annual business goals, and ensuring the goals and priorities of the Doctor and team are achieved.
  • You will also be responsible for supporting the Doctor in identifying skills needed for open positions and selecting candidates that are a good fit for the practice.
  • Additionally, you will help onboard new team members and support them in prioritizing and planning their training.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • An Associate's or Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of leadership experience.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.

Preferred Experience:

  • 1+ years of experience in a dental or medical setting.
  • 1+ years of experience with insurance billing and accounts receivable.
  • Dentrix or other dental software experience.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
  • Availability to attend virtual training sessions periodically throughout the year.
