We are seeking a highly skilled Service Operations Manager to join our team at Loves Travel Stops & Country Store. As a Service Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our tire shop and facilities maintenance department.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and supervise a team of 5-10 employees to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
- Effectively manage budgets and P&L statements to ensure financial goals are met
- Ensure a clean and safe work environment for employees and customers
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints in a timely manner
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operations
- 2+ years of experience in tire, auto parts/repair, Lube Express, or facilities maintenance
- 2+ years of experience managing operations with an annual sales volume of $1+ million
- 2+ years of experience effecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements
- 2+ years of experience supervising and training 5-10 employees
- Clean and consistent record of safety
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work in an outdoor environment with varying climates
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs on a regular basis
- Intermediate level PC skills including MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel
