Adams & Martin Group is in search of a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Support Specialist to provide essential support to our paralegal team. This role involves assisting with various administrative and legal responsibilities to facilitate effective operations. While the position is primarily remote, candidates must attend initial training sessions in the office.
- Schedule Management: Oversee and coordinate calendars for attorneys and paralegals, ensuring all deadlines and appointments are meticulously tracked.
- Deposition Coordination: Organize and arrange depositions, including scheduling, confirming attendance, and preparing required documentation.
- Client Travel Coordination: Manage travel arrangements for clients, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Administrative Duties: Execute a variety of administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, document preparation, and managing correspondence.
- Multitasking Skills: Effectively handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
- Workload Organization: Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail while managing a substantial workload.
- Proactive Attitude: A self-starter with a readiness to take initiative and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
- Exceptional Multitasking: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.
