Position Overview:

Our client is seeking a dedicated Bilingual Customer Support Specialist to enhance their expanding team. This role involves providing exceptional support for a leading video streaming service, catering to a diverse user base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
