  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean guest units and public areas as assigned, adhering to our comprehensive cleaning standards and protocols.
  • Room Preparation: Strip and make beds, change bed linens, and replenish amenities and supplies in guest rooms.
  • Public Space Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness of public spaces, including the lobby, public restrooms, offices, elevators, and stairways.
  • Guest Interaction: Greet guests in hallways or in passing, ask if they are enjoying their stay, and respond to guest requests in a timely manner.
  • Reporting and Communication: Report all repairs or maintenance problems to your supervisor and communicate effectively with other employees and guests.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma preferred.
  • Experience: No previous experience needed.
  • Skills and Abilities: Ability to push and/or pull equipment weighing up to 150 lbs, lift and carry objects weighing an average of 25-50 pounds, and communicate effectively with other employees and guests.
