We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solar Project Coordinator to join our team at IEA Constructors LLC. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for coordinating projects from lead phase to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate engineering studies and change order requests
  • Work with engineers, estimators, and owners to ensure project progress and compliance
  • Manage submittals, requests for information, and project documentation
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost control reports
  • Collaborate with regional managers to track project status and identify potential issues
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients, owners, and stakeholders
  • Develop and implement project quality control and assurance processes
  • Identify and resolve contract disputes and negotiate with owners and clients
  • Manage project closeout and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in solar or EPC construction industry
  • Strong knowledge of construction techniques, estimating, and project management principles
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
