Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a development team that operates cross-functionally with product, operations, and testing teams.
  • Provide team support and direction on shifting priorities for new and existing projects.
  • Implement software proposals and estimates scope of work.
  • Plan for and align resources for completion of work.
  • Escalation point for internal partners to assist in resolving roadblocks and mitigating risks.
  • Ensure adequate documentation is created.
  • Provide input to management regarding technical issues, strategic planning of projects, system operations, and new software development and deployment.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 6+ years of software engineering experience.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience.

  • Experience leading teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
