Position Overview:
- Oversee the installation of Stairs, Railings, Awnings, and various Metal Products
- Effectively manage the installation crew to adhere to project timelines
- Ensure the proper utilization and upkeep of company equipment, vehicles, and tools
- Quickly identify and address installation challenges
- Follow project specifications to ensure timely and budget-conscious completion
- Proactively recognize tasks and anticipate obstacles for efficient delivery
Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of equipment operation, safety protocols, and maintenance practices
- Possession of a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
- Capacity to work extended hours and handle heavy materials
- Exhibit leadership qualities and maintain a positive demeanor
- Prior experience as a Crew Lead and in the construction field
- High School Diploma or GED is mandatory
- Ability to interpret blueprints is advantageous
Work Environment:
Physical Requirements: This role involves physically demanding tasks, including lifting and manual labor.
Environmental Conditions: Candidates should be prepared to work in varying weather conditions.
Sensory Requirements: Exposure to hazardous materials may occur.
Work Schedule: Day shift, Monday through Friday, with potential for overtime.
Compensation: $22.00 per hour.
