About the Role: In this position, you will play a crucial role in our High Fidelity Wraparound Family Teams Program, designed to enhance the well-being of children with intricate mental health challenges and their families. Your work will focus on empowering families and youth, ensuring their voices are integral to the individualized planning process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage collaboratively with youth and their families to facilitate their involvement in the High Fidelity Family Teams process, helping them articulate their needs.
- Work alongside various service providers and natural supports to effectively manage the team process.
- Ensure that the mission, objectives, and strategies of the team are aligned with the needs of the youth and family.
- Monitor the execution of the individualized plan, maintaining regular communication with the High Fidelity Wraparound Team to address any emerging needs.
- Teach and instill High Fidelity skills in youth, families, and their natural supports through modeling and support.
- Assist families in identifying and enhancing their natural and social support systems.
- Evaluate the satisfaction of all team members while fostering engagement.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or a related discipline.
- A minimum of two years of experience in providing services to children and families.
- Experience in managing teams within mental health, child welfare, juvenile justice, or educational settings.
- Availability to work 2-3 evenings per week.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Full-Time Position with a starting hourly rate of $19.
