Board Certified Applied Behavior Analyst Position

Kidology,inc. is seeking a dedicated and passionate Behavioral Health Specialist to join their growing and thriving Behavioral Health division. As a Behavioral Health Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children and teens with autism in Bucks, Montgomery, and Philadelphia counties.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer assessments, including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Essential for Living, Functional Assessments, and Functional Analysis.
- Develop reports, including functional behavior assessments, behavior intervention plans, progress reports, and individualized treatment plans.
- Utilize behavioral skills training to teach direct care staff the skills needed for the client/student program.
- Monitor progress regularly via visual analysis and make program changes when indicated.
- Train and supervise behavior technicians and/or school district staff in the implementation of ABA procedures and interventions.
- Develop individualized programming based on the needs of the client/student as well as caregiver and/or case manager.
- Maintain communication with caregivers and school district stakeholders regarding client progress and plan of care.
- A license as a psychologist, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, clinical social worker, social worker, behavior specialist, certified registered nurse practitioner, or a professional with a scope of practice that includes overseeing the provision of ABA services.
- Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) certification.
- A certification as a BCABA or other undergraduate-level certification in behavior analysis that is accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies or the American National Standards Institute.
- A minimum of 1 year of full-time experience providing ABA services and a minimum of 12 credits in ABA from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the United States Department of Education or the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or the equivalent from a foreign college or university that has been evaluated by the Association of International Credential Evaluators, Inc. or the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services.
- A minimum of 1 year of full-time experience providing ABA services under the supervision of a professional with a certification as a BCBA or other graduate-level certification in behavior analysis that is accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies or the American National Standards Institute and a minimum of 40 hours of training related to ABA approved by the Department or provided by a continuing education provider approved by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
