This position focuses on delivering functional technology assistance within SAP ERP and SAP Ariba solutions for procurement and materials management operations. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting SAP system challenges, evaluating procurement data, generating management reports, and facilitating user training sessions.
Key Responsibilities
- Quickly identify and resolve procurement system challenges.
- Address inquiries related to SAP HELP desk for procurement system issues.
- Enhance functionality within SAP MM modules and conduct necessary testing.
- Gather and assess procurement data for diverse reporting needs.
- Create management reports utilizing SAP data.
- Provide training for user groups on SAP Procurement and SAP Ariba tools.
- Update and maintain user procedures and training documentation for SAP MM functionalities.
Required Skills
- In-depth understanding of SAP Materials Management (MM) module configuration.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong grasp of procurement workflows.
- Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
Educational Background & Certifications
A minimum of a 4-year college degree is required. Additional qualifications, such as SAP certifications, are advantageous but not mandatory.
