Job Summary

We seek a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Real Estate Investment Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of real estate investments, working closely with our investment team to identify and execute new investment opportunities, and developing and implementing strategies to maximize returns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of real estate investments, including acquisition, disposition, and asset management
  • Work closely with the investment team to identify and execute new investment opportunities
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize returns on investments
  • Collaborate with other teams, including finance, operations, and marketing, to ensure seamless execution of investment strategies
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to the investment team
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in real estate investment management, with a strong track record of success
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the real estate industry and market trends
