  • Maintain accurate daily logs and reports to monitor project advancement.
  • Examine contract documents to pinpoint quality concerns and recommend cost-efficient solutions.
  • Work closely with the Project Manager to address issues promptly, ensuring a seamless workflow.
  • Delegate responsibilities efficiently within the project team.
  • Develop and present site logistics plans to clients in collaboration with the Project Manager.
  • Create short-term work schedules and identify safety issues on-site.
  • Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with quality standards in the field.
  • Anticipate manpower needs and manage payroll inputs accurately on a weekly basis.
  • Keep comprehensive jobsite records and maintain as-built drawings.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution among various trades and organize subcontractor meetings with detailed documentation.
  • Review and authorize submittals to ensure proper material installation.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Superintendent role.
  • A proven track record of delivering high-quality construction projects with a strong focus on safety.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction management principles, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
